We are located on Main street about 120 yards west of the Market square next to Kingfisher fish and chip shop, across the road from Bookends bookshop and at the bottom of Stanger street, appropriately named after a German medieval miner.

We are open Saturday to Thursday, but sometimes we may be open fewer days and we can open on request.

Orders can be returned whole or in part provided we are informed in writing from the purchase up to 14 days after delivery of your order. If an order is damaged or incorrect or not of a satisfactory quality it can be returned whole or in part provided we are informed in writing from the purchase up to 14 days after delivery of your order. Please use the Contact form on this website or email us to inform us of this before returning the order. After receiving the rejected order and we agree it is substandard we will offer a refund or a replacement and reimburse your costs of postage to us of the damaged item also at the Royal mail 2nd class rate. If you wish for a replacement, we will add no extra postage costs. Please retain any proof of postage when returning an order to us.
